RecipePop makes it easy to delete your account and remove your personal data. This page explains the steps, what data is deleted, and what is retained.

You can delete your RecipePop account directly from the app. Follow these steps:
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll to the bottom of the profile screen and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm.
Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
If you are unable to log in or access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Include the email address associated with your RecipePop account.

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed or retained as described below.

Once your account is deleted, your saved recipes, pantry items, grocery lists, and all other personal data cannot be recovered. Please export any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
Deleting your RecipePop account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
In-app account deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days. During processing, your account will be deactivated and your data will no longer be accessible. After the retention period, all eligible data is permanently purged from our systems, including backups.
If you signed in with Apple or Google, deleting your RecipePop account does not affect your Apple or Google account. You may also want to revoke RecipePop’s access from your Apple ID or Google account settings.
